Online seller and eBay PowerSeller Eforcity made it onto the Inc 500 list of the fastest growing privately held businesses (link).

According to this chart, the company has annual revenues of $19.2 million (that's across eBay, Amazon, Overstock and its own website, I presume). But what blows my mind is that they have 78 employees. That's a lot!

Two other eBay PowerSellers have made it on the list: Grapevinehill (I think they did - I couldn't find them) and Abacus (link).

And the most amazing situation is that this is the only seller that can sell for one cent and charge between 5 and 20 dollars for S&H without being disturbed by ebay. Are the rules for everyone?

78 staff IS a lot. Are they throwing people at their problems?  
From what I gather, they are the biggest eBay seller in the world today (handles include everydaysource, eforcity, itrimming, accstation, peelplus and probably some others. Combined feedback is at least 1,584,693 as of Sep 06.

What I find fascinating is that the biggest eBay seller on earth seems to be able to disregard the rules with impunity e.g. wholesale S&H manipulation plus a few other interesting practices.  What message does that send out to the rest of us?

In my opinion GrapevineHill is a company to emulate. They deserve to be on this list.
