For the second year, Overstock.com Auctions will have a presence during eBay's annual user convention. Overstock has rented a nearby estate in Las Vegas for June 13-15 (link).

Overstock will run limos from Mandalay Bay convention center, the site of eBay's conference, to the estate, where convention-goers can get online, get a massage, or go for a swim in the pool. The Overstock.com Auctions team will demo its forthcoming Stores offering (expected to Beta launch in June) and will show sellers ways to source product from the "bulk buys team."

The "Oasis 2006" estate will be open to eBay Live attendees for free from 10-5 on Tuesday and Wednesday and from 8 - 3 on Thursday. There will also be a special invitation-only gala event on Wednesday evening with a special guest, and Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne is tentatively scheduled to be at the event.

At least two other marketplaces will also have a presence in Las Vegas during eBay Live. Last year, Overstock and Alibaba set up shop to reach out to eBay PowerSellers.
